Hi all newbie here..

Postby Kelsbels » Fri Dec 07, 2007 10:37 pm

Hi all just discovered this forum... How fabulous that this type of forum exists.. I'm about to embark on yet another attempt to lose weight.

In the last 3 years i have actually lost over 40 kilos using various different diet and exercise programs. However in the last 12 months i have put at least 20 over those kilos back due to work and general life stresses.

My body has gotten sluggish, so i'm planning on kicking starting my diet by using the Kate Morgan program...I would love to hear from anyone that has used this program successfully... Please PM me or Email me with your wise words!...

Hope to hear from you all soon!..

Hi all. I'm new here as well. I'm trying to lose my baby weight, I gave birth five months ago. I weighed 176 when I gave birth and am now 145, but I'm only 5'2" so that's alot of extra weight for me. I'm aiming for 115-125. :-)
