Hello. Last year I went to Sure Slim and lost 12 kg. I went from a size 16 to a size 10 and I even managed to fit into a few (generous cut) size 8 things!
I also took up aquaerobics 3x per week and walked 40 min. 3x per week. I have become LAZY
and have gained back a few kilos.
I'd like to lose them and a few more if I can.
I know this is not the best time to be starting but I am determined...
