I agree that 3kg in 4 weeks is very good. In my first few weeks I actually PUT ON weight!!

It's so hard to be patient and just keep at it when you don't feel like what you are doing is getting results fast enough, but please don't do anything silly like reduce your food to unhealthy levels as this will do your metabolism more bad than good and also reduce your energy levels and send your blood sugar levels all over the place.
Take heart in the fact that others in similar situations are recognising your successes! I know it's hard cause I have trouble seeing any difference in how I look despite having lost 16kg. Everyone else seems to see it and say "wow" but to me, I'm still me and look the same. Yuo've just gotta trust that it's working!
