Hi there,
I have just found this website and thought it might help to stay on track with my quest to lose weight. I am 36 and have 2 beautiful children as well as a husband. I have been putting on more weight each year, for my small height (154cm) each pound counts. I have no idea what to do on this site so I hope this is an introduction! It was nice to read all the others peoples achievements and support.
Cheers!
