I was left with 20 kgs excess after having my 2 kids very close together.
CW-84 kg (Took me about 8 months to get here)
I go to the gym now and do 4-5 days; 3-4 hrs of vigourous cardio and 11/2 hr of weight training. What do you think? Is this a good workout. Cant do more that this as it gets very tiring for me.
Also trying to do Tony Ferguson at present. Tommorow is weigh in so lets see
