I'm Fiona, i'm 25 and am from country NSW.

I thought it would keep me more motivated and inspired to join a forum like this :)

I'm 5'5, currently 63kgs (I have already lost 3kgs) and wish to lose at least another 3kgs...maybe more. I'm not big but just want to slim down, tone up and get fit.

I have horses, so ride a fair bit which is great exercise, but have only started other excercise a week ago.

I'm doing a 30min walk/run 3 x a week, a 30 minute fitness circuit 2 x a week and swimming laps 2 times a week.

I might be overdoing it a bit, i'm pretty sore! Hopefully I can stick to all that and start to see results :D

Hi Fiona and welcome to the forum. Sounds like you've got a great exercise plan sorted :) Sing out if you need anything or feel free to start up a "Personal Progress" thread to keep track of your activities.
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
