I'm Fiona, i'm 25 and am from country NSW.
I thought it would keep me more motivated and inspired to join a forum like this
I'm 5'5, currently 63kgs (I have already lost 3kgs) and wish to lose at least another 3kgs...maybe more. I'm not big but just want to slim down, tone up and get fit.
I have horses, so ride a fair bit which is great exercise, but have only started other excercise a week ago.
I'm doing a 30min walk/run 3 x a week, a 30 minute fitness circuit 2 x a week and swimming laps 2 times a week.
I might be overdoing it a bit, i'm pretty sore! Hopefully I can stick to all that and start to see results
