Heya! I weighed myself for the fist time in a loooong time this morning and i was disappionted yet suprisingly optimistc. I've been checking you guys out for a couple of days now, and i think, if it wasn't for this forum i dont htink i would've had the balls to do it at all!

I weighed in at 84kgees @184cm tall. I plan to get down to 60kg by the end of the year.
I look forward to spending the nxt 10 months with you guys!

Hi there and Welcome :)
I just had a look on the healthy weight chart and I think you would be underweight if you were aaiming for 60 kg at 184 cm tall.
You are actually in your healthy weight range right now (at the top end) so I can understand you wanting to loose a few kilos but just be careful thats all.

I hope you find this site to be helpful to you as it has been to me.

take care,

Natalie :)

Hi Phat25 and welcome to the site,
well done on taking the first step and finding a supportive web-site! This site is fantastic!

As someone said though, just be sure you do it healthily - sometimes what the scales say is misleading. If you tone your muscles, which is really what you want to be able to burn fat, and feel slim and healthy, don't put too much weight on what the scales say (he he, pardon the pun).

But good luck in achiving a new and healthier you!
