I think it sounds like you have the hardest job of all, not many people realise this, and i'm not even a Mum!
As far as suggestions, I don't know anything about the Kate Morgan diet, but it looks to be very popular on here. I find that lots of cardio exercise, lights weights and a low carb, low fat diet are all working for me.
