Welcome aboard Chrissie :D

I think it sounds like you have the hardest job of all, not many people realise this, and i'm not even a Mum!

As far as suggestions, I don't know anything about the Kate Morgan diet, but it looks to be very popular on here. I find that lots of cardio exercise, lights weights and a low carb, low fat diet are all working for me.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Hi Chrissie and welcome to the forum. I don't have any experience with KM or other meal replacement type diets but know they have worked well for others. I hope you find the right solution for you :)

All the best!
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Hey and welcome :) Good luck with your jounrey. The only suggestion I can give is dont be to hard on yourself and take every day as it comes. Plus have a look around the forum, you will find plenty of tips etc from other members.
