my biggest issue in the past would have to be losing motivation to keep doing it

Hoping to talk to allot of you and have some fun doing so

Hi Jeff, welcome to the forum! :)

Best of luck in reaching your goal. I think 20kg in two months is a little optimistic - most people lose 0.5-1kg per week (you can lose more depending on what you are doing for weight loss, but this is generally the best guide for slow, healthy weight loss that you are most likely to be able to maintain) so I think maybe 10kg by March 8 would be a good goal (even then, requires a BIG effort).

Good luck!

Hi Jeff and welcome aboard :)

I have to agree with Mandy - 20kg over the next 8 weeks is a big ask! I just hope you plan to do something you can maintain for the rest of your life...
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
