I have decided that I need to do domthing for me and at the moment the bigest thing is my weight. So here I am and I am going to lose some weight.
I need to start looking after myself so that I can look after those that I love. I gave up smoking about 8-9 weeks ago. I'm not counting the time I am just not focusing on smoking and so far with the help of Zyban it has worked, but I'm off the Zyban and still not smoking.
So if I can do that I can loose weight, or at least I hope so
I hope that with the suppoert of the forum I can make it to my goal which is not a weight but a way of life!
This is the year that is for me. I will be doing what "I" need to do for me and me alone.
