Introducing Me

Postby Sewbug » Mon Jan 07, 2008 10:49 pm

Hi, my name is Tracey and I live in the ACT. I am 40 and have battled with my weight for about 15 years. I am a type 1 Diabetic (on insulin). August last year I was nearly 90 Kgs, so decided to try again. Went onto Zencial for a while, not sure if it really helped as went onto low fat diet at the same time. Have lost 16 Kgs so far. Want to loose 4 more, but its impossible to budge, haven't lost any for over 3 weeks. Trying to stay motivated, can't go back to old habits. Hope all you out there will help to keep me on the right side of the cupboard door. :? :) :)
