After lurking for a few days, I thought I would take the plunge and join this great forum.
I started on my 'healthy me' lifestyle on Sunday. My aim is to improve my fitness and lose those seriously unwanted kilos. I've started at 126kgs, and I plan on getting down to 75kgs (I am 5'10"). This does seem like a lot to lose, but I know I can
do it... and I WILL!
I have chosen the Optifast diet as a kickstart, for 12 weeks before moving on to Lite n Easy. I get very motivated, and when I put my mind to something... this is it... you can't stop me!
I am going overseas in October this year, and hope to have shed some of the poundage by then!
