Hi, I'm new to this site after stumbling across it today while surfing the net for weight loss ideas.
ok brief run down on me.
I'm 26 and live in Holden Hill, Adelaide SA, married with our adorable little boy Scooby (yes he is a dog - golden retreiver). I don't think i'm fit enough to be a mum yet LOL.
I have gained a fair bit of weight since i was about 18 come to think of it, it was when i went on the pill. I went from 65KG to around 95KG which is about my heaviest now. I'm starting to get a little worried as i find myself eating so much [email protected]
food everyday for lunch as it's the quickest/closest thing to my office.
I'm so sick to death of going shopping and finding nothing that fits my size (16 - 18) some clothes are even larger again (so embarrasing when i go shopping with my husband).
He loves me and tells me so all the time but it would be nicer to get a little fitter so we can start our family together and to not run out of breath everytime we walk the dog around the block.
I would absolutely love to get back to the 65KG Mark but i would just be extatic to get under 80KG at this stage.
