Hi everyone! I'm Mel, mum of 2 gorgeous gals.
My youngest just turned 2 and i weighed in at 110kgs after she was born. I managed to loose 30kgs but i've just put 5 back on over christmas.
I've joined the gym and i'm hoping to eventually get down to 70 kgs from 85... I need to get to 79 to be in the healthy weight range so that is my first goal.
Hoping i'll find some motivation here on this site.
