I'm 28 years young. Married with children. I would like encouragement and help to lose weight. I live too many miles from the nearest town to be going to regular weight loss meetings and even further from family who, if they could would be my weight loss partners so here i am sitting infront of the computer hoping to make a difference to my eating habits, weight management and exercise regime and along the way get support from people here For the last week i have been walking on the treadmill for 20 minutes a day. I drink water all the time with the occasional fruit juice thrown in for good measure. Tea and coffee is not appealing to me. Alcohol only on a weekend if hubby isnt working. My eating habits are dismal.
