Hey my names Michael I havnt been fat all my life but ever since I moved to Perth I started to eat take away since I was 12 and slowly putting on weight because lack of exercise.

for the past year ago I got my licence drove all my mates to maccas etc and yeah I ate aswell and I put on 10kgs pretty fast so now Im going to change all that :)

1 and a half weeks ago I bought myself a pair of dumbells and a Treadmill because I weighed in at 106kgs.
With out drastically changing my diet Ive managed to loose 2kgs, and now I've decided to stop eating takeaway and drinking coke and getting to 80kgs.

Ill try keep posted to you guys about my progression.

Take away is an evil but easy food. I totally understand where your coming from.

Sorry about the spam at this hour. I keep coming back to delete it but they are to quick for me sometimes :shock:

Hi Michael. Welcome to the forum! Cutting out take-away is a great step toward weight loss. It's great to hear your have a treadmill and dumbbells too. They'd be great for cardio and weight training! Good luck with your weight loss.
