I'm a little nervous being on here! I'm trying to lose the extra weight I'm carrying and guess I need a little support!
I lived overseas for 2.5 years and have come back to find that the clothes I left behind no longer fit.
I used to buy pills and diet patches, thinking that if I spent money I would somehow automatically lose weight...unsurprisingly this hasn't worked, so since the beginning of the new year I've been hitting the gym and working hard on my diet. So far I've lost 1.5kgs of the 10.5 I want to lose. I'm trying hard to stay motivated but it's so hard!
My partner is moving in with me next week and has the worst diet...I hope I have the willpower to stay eating healthily..
