Hi everyone! I'm aiming to lose 29kg. I broke my ankle early last year and have been gaining weight since going from a fairly active lifestyle, to a very sedentary one! So almost a year, a metal plate, and eight screws in my ankle later, I am ready to lose weight!
I am very lucky that I have an extremely supportive partner, who loves me just the way I am, but wants to do anything to help me. We are going for walks twice a day and are eating right, I just joined this forum as the icing on the cake - so to speak!
