Hi everyone

I have to admit, I have been reading your posts for a little while now. You all seem so committed and understanding of each other. Well it's my turn to post.

I am 35 years old and after reading thru some past diaries the other day (don't you just love spring cleaning), I realised my struggle with my weight dates back at least 12years, maybe longer.

I have a very understand and supportive partner, who accepts me how I am or how I want to be, he's just happy.

I look forward to getting to know you all a lot better.
:D

Hi

Postby Jo » Tue Mar 21, 2006 1:32 pm

Hello All,

Just wanted to introduce myself and get my first post up and running.
I am 28 and I have managed to get myself 12kilo's over my normal weight level.

I find it hard to motivate myself and/or stick to a fitness plan and quite frankly, I have run out of patience with myself for doing so ...

So here I am looking to become more motivated and actually get myself out there and enjoying "being healthy". And y'know .... I think I've come to the right place ....

That's right Jo - who needs anything else but soul-food
'tis a very supportive bunch on here - so any questions or comments just fire away and I am sure you will get some advice and input.
You'll soon knock those 12 kilo's on the head!
I managed to get down considerably and have lost over 10 kilo's and have come to a standstill - have not gained but haven't lost any either for a few weeks now!!
Oh well back to the grindstone, I'll jump on my exercise bike now LOL
Chat soon
