So here I am. I'm mid 40's, overweight (duh!) 88.9kgs and only 161cm. Diabetic (insulin dependent). Joined the new Contours Express ladies only gym recently and have been to a couple of sessions. Really hoping I can lose the weight that has crept up on me over the past few years. I eat pretty sensibly (although i do cheat occasionally) and I probably wouldn't be like this now if I could just find the motivation to exercise. I HATE IT. Always have. My hubby jokes that for someone who doesn't like housework, especially dusting all the furniture, it'st about the only thing I do with my treadmill.
So, I'm looking for support and motivation to keep me on track and just some people to talk to.
