New at this and nervous

Postby Jolly » Tue Jan 22, 2008 3:24 pm

Hi all,

I am totally new to this, I have never been on a forum before, but I thought that it may help with my weight loss battle.

After struggling with my weight for years in 2005 I decided to lose it all. I did - I lost 19 kilo's. But once I reached target I fell prgnant and all those bad habits came flooding back. To cut a long story short I put on 30 odd kilo's. I have been battling to get it off since September and have managed 15kilo's but there is still a fair bit to go and I thought that the forum may help inspire me. :?:

I've been here for around a week and the support, motivation and advice is fantastic. People here understand when it feels like no one else does.

Congratualtions on losing 15kg...you've obviously done really well already! Keep going - you can do it!!

Keep us all posted how you're going.

Good luck!
