this is my first post... I was searching the site for some healthy snack recipes and kind of got a bit hoooked
I'm pretty fit and active (I cheerlead and kickbox and a bit of a gym junkie sometimes) but I recently bought a new uniform and it was a size up!
I'm not one to really get depressed about stuff like that.... but.... I don't want to be fat! I guess it kind of made me realise that my whole life I have always been the 'healthy big boned' person... and I don't want that. I do like my muscle tone at the moment, but I'm just kind of bigger and wouldn't mind dropping down a few sizes.
Sorry this post is so long! If anyone has any tips on how to avoid bineing/healthy snack alternatives can you let me know?
