I've been wanting to lose weight for quite awhile. Thankfully, I have high metabolism so whenever I workout I lose weight fast but...the problem is lately I haven't been motivated to lose weight. I am currently at 186, which is actually better since 2 years ago I was in the 190s, and am 5'2". My goal is to be 140s-130s by June, maybe 120s if I'm lucky.
I joined the forum hoping maybe with others I'll keep motivated. So, here's hoping this works!
