I'm 46 years old and 90kg and plan to get to 60kg.

I'll be posting my result on this site.

Hi Slimkat,
Welcome to the forum.
The Tony Ferguson Dietis really great for taking hunger pangs away (I really use to live to eat)
I found that after the carb & caffine withdrawal headaches went away I really lost some weight with it, unfortunately I got sick of the sweet shakes and went off the diet only having 1 shake per day, so slowly gained again.
On Monday (the day when all new diets start) I'm going to give it another go.

I'm taking Admin Censored

Postby sokbee » Sun Apr 02, 2006 10:39 am

I have been taking Admin Censored for like, nearly 2 months now. And, for the 1st month, i've lost 4 kgs. Since then, i've lost another3 kgs so far.

For me, taking shake is not boring. I've been making the shake with lots of different fruit, chocolate, coffee, milk tea... There are tasty.

Make sure you don't force your self too much. I do cheat with the 2 months, i eat cakes, ice-cream, and chocolate too. For me, why making myself feel so bad about dieting? It wouldn't last. Induldge yourself once in a while. You want to win the war, not the battle.

Good luck! Sista!
I am trying to lose weight badly, as I wanted to be healthy and feel good, sexy and I just want to be in control again. I want to be in control of my life and off course my body, and the way I look!
