I never know what to say in these intro things so don't mind me if I tend to babble.
I'm turning 28 in 2 weeks, I'm 165cm and currently weigh 71.6kg. I spent the better part of my youth as a happy healthy size 10 then for numerous reasons ballooned to a 16 when I was 20. Since then I've managed to stay around the 14 mark, though before my wedding 2 years ago I got back to a 12 thanks to Weight Watchers. However once my motivation was over and done with I gave up WW and it didn't take long to put it all back on again.
This is my second week back on WW and I'm off to a good start, but I thought I'd join up here to help keep me motivated as I don't go to meetings.
So I guess that's me in a nutshell.
