I have a few questions about exercising in the morning.
I used to get up and go for a brisk 20-30 minute walk but haven't been doing it of late - however I still do a 30 minute circuit at the gym every night.
I've been told that fat only starts burning after approx 15 minutes of exercise...is this true? If so, is it worth getting up going for a 20 minute walk?
Also, if I do this first thing in the morning, do I eat breakfast (something i hate doing anyway!) before or after....I'd prefer after!!
