Here is another new member really in need of motivation. I' am here to read many stories, learn new things, and share some of my experiences. Most of all I'm here to be healthy once again. It's not about losing weight as much anymore, it's more of being healthy and living a active and healthy life.
I currently (sadly) weigh 157 pounds and my goal is to be 130 pounds or a little lower. It has been a week and 1 day since I have gone back on my weight loss journey. In the past I've gone from being on a diet and then eating like crazy for the past few months. After really thinking through I've stopped eating the unhealthy and for now I eat the healthy stuff while counting the calories I intake follwed by exercising a little. As for now I've gotten a pant size 8, I am a size 9. I got the size smaller to motivate me to lose weight, glad to say that I see some changes and keep myself on track. It's hard not to look at the chocolate (yumm) but I'm use to it now.
As for getting to know me there is a lot I could say, but if you take time to read my profile I guess you will get a glimps of who I' am in a way.
I havn't added a picture and I probably wont in a while, I assume I will every month. I' am shy when it comes to sharing pictures of myself
