I don't have the time at the moment to say g'day to all the new people that have joined and introduced themselves, so I feel really bad that I haven't said this yet but time has been short of late!!! So this is one big hello and welcome to you all from me. I do hope you learn a thing or 2, as all of us have done so in the past.......well maybe some more than others!!! And that you enjoy reading and writing in the forum. I find it very motivating to get in here and read what people have written and add my 2 bobs worth at the time! I wish you all every success with losing the weight you wish to lose and keeping it off. But the most important thing is to be fit and healthy. What the scales are saying is just a bonus to being that fit, healthy person you are aiming for.
