Just thought I would introduce myself instead of lurking in the background.

I have a formal event on in 5 weeks and being a student cannot afford new clothes especially when I have a perfectly good dress hanging in my wardrobe - it fits - just - would look a lot better if I were a few kilos lighter!

So a kilo a week is my goal! 67kg at present would love to be able to get to 62kg prior to the big event!

So I will check in once a week on a Saturday morning - if I have to post it somewhere I am less likely to cheat! I really want to be able to wear this dress comfortably and look good in it!

I' am new here as well, any help you need you can ask, this is a wonderful place for sharing goal and your weight loss plan.
I sadly cheated yesterday (so sad :( :x ) but I will make it through as I know you will as well.

Hi Mel, welcome to the forum! 1kg a week is a reasonable goal and I'm sure if you work hard you can achieve it!
