New Sisters

Postby Yoolanda » Mon Feb 18, 2008 10:10 am

Hello Everybody,

My sister and I have just registered we are looking for some support and inspiration and hope to give some too. I am 85kg and 156 cm tall, my sister is 90.8kg and is 165 cm. This morning we got up and walked for an hour. We are trying to kickstart some action with a long walk and really good eating for the first week. Tonight we will walk for another hour. Would love to make some friends on this forum and be there to encourage and support etc.

Hope to hear from someone soon

Also can someone help us with putting the little weight graph on the bottom of the posts.

Lucky you - having each other to supprt and work out with! Don't worry, you'll get LOTS of support and motivation here :P

If you following the link from someones ticker, it will take you to the site where you put in your particulars, then copy and past the url code into your signature.

Good luck!
