A bit about me... I'm a 23 year old single mum, I work full time as an admin assistant and love my job. I love my son more than anything.
I'm currently a disgusting 90kg and size 18... I hate my reflection. I want to get down to between 65 & 70 kgs, so I certainly have a long uphill battle ahead of me!
My main reason for wanting to lose weight is simply because I feel so cruddy. I'm constantly lethargic, I feel depressed when I look at myself, I put off meeting new people because of my weight, and I feel generally unhealthy. My first goal is to get some positive eating habits, and ditch the current negative habits I have.
Any and all advice is welcomed and taken note of!!
