Hi Iam New!!!!

Hi everyone
I have 3 young children and need to lose about 30kg in all i have lost 4.4kg in the last week by doing a small morning and night walk with the kids but because i have them i cant pick up the pace to push myself and i have changed our eating habits to lower fat things but i would appreciate any suggestions on anything else i can do to aid in my weight loss quest.

Welcome to the forum!!! Its great that you have lost weight already!!! I dont have children so I can't really help you there. I use exercise DVD's and an exercise bike at home to exercise. There is no excuse then about weather, or not having time. Perhaps you could team up with a friend with kids, and take in turn watching the kids, while the other has an hour to do what they want?!?! Then you can go for a walk and really push yourself!
