Hi I have decided to take the plunge and start to lose the excess weight I gained with my children. I am 25 and have three beautiful daughters. I gained 20kgs with my first pregnancy and never managed to shift the weight. Then just kept gaining with the other two. I have come here just to keep myself motivated as I have a problem with sticking to diets so hopefully this time will be different. :)

Welcome to the forum!
My only real suggestion is to get in as much exercise as you can do (with your 3 kiddies in tow not sure how much you can manage) & stick to a calorie controlled diet (or as it should be called lifestyle change). I use http://www.calorieking.com.au to help me keep track of my food/fluid intake, exercise & weigh ins. It will tell you what your BMI is & give you an idea on what calorie intake you should be having & recommended exercise etc. It is a fantastic site & was a huge help to me when I first started.

hey!! hope you reach your goals!!
im a mum of 2 and im 23 so i know its hard having the kiddies around and trying the weight loss thing
but ive found that my food choices are made with my children in mind.
I want them to be healthy and active so the best way to achieve this is to be the example...it really makes a difference in my weight loss!!
