Hi this is my first post. I'm 22 years old male and used to weigh 103kg. since November last year I have lost 21kg consistently at about 1kg per week. I want to reach about 75kg and hopefully reveal a six pack
its just starting to show, (or is it just my hopeful imagination?
) Anyway Ive enjoyed reading everyones story's etc I have found and it seems to be consistent with what many people on here experience is that the first step is making a decision to loose weight from that point the rest is just about following through.
