Have finally bitten the bullet and posted (at least, I think I am, have to wait and see whether this works!) Have been mooching around the forum for a week or so, and I'm so impressed with how supportive and helpful everyone is. And, OMG, the weight being lost! Really, really inspiring! Maybe there's hope for me yet.....
So, some quick and embarrassing stats. Current weight, (cringe) 104 kilos (hmmm, not sure how that happened, couldn't have been my 20 year Coke (cola!) habit, could it?) Age: 43 - not sure how that happened either. Height, 160 cms, which makes me about as wide as I am tall. Target weight - let's say 75 kilos and work down from there.
I'm already feeling a bit liberated - don't think anyone but my doctor has ever known exactly how much I weigh - I'm in the "if you gain weight, but never mention it, have you really gained weight at all" camp - Zen, huh?
