Hi to everyone!
I have been lurking around here for a few days & decided that I liked what I was reading. The topics & the advice given is very encouraging & that's what I need at the moment to get my a**e into gear!
So, let me introduce myself. I'm a 34 y.o mum of four kids, I live on the south coast of NSW & I work casually as a waitress/cashier. My stats are;
GW 55kgs or there abouts.
It's taken me awhile to get to 65kgs about 15 months (stubborn baby weight! ) & now I've hit the dreaded plateau! I've tried tonnes of different plans, all with the same disappointing result. So now I'm starting afresh on a low GI, semi-low carb meal plan & regular fitness sessions. Hubby used to be a kick boxer so we've dug out all his boxing equipment & set up a mini-gym in our shed so he can train me.
