Hey all,
How u going, hope everyones good..... :oops: *smiles* I'ts my first time here so i'm trying to get accustomed to everthing but so far so good.
This is my one of my first steps to losing weight, im 106 kgs wanting to loose 31kgs....a long way to go but i know i can do it.
And for the first time in my life i'm gonna hit the gym tomorrow :D
75 kilos here i come.

Good luck with your weightloss goals and using the gym for the first time!
Highest Weight - 93kgs
Current Weight - 68.3kgs
Goal Weight - 65kgs

Welcome to the forum! It might seem like a long way off, but it IS achievable. Just take things one step at a time! The forum can be a bit much to get used to, but feel free to ask anything you need and someone will be sure to help!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
