Hey there everyone!
I'm hoping that being here might help keep me accountable for what I'm doing or rather trying to do. I'm sure you're all a great bunch and hopefully you'll take me in
I should be a happy healthy 23 year old but unfortunately it's a struggle to just tie my shoe laces... And I've finally decided after hitting the 130 mark on the scales
that I am far too overweight and unless I start doing something about it I don't think my future looks very good.
My goal weight would be somewhere around the 95 mark... And I guess it won't matter so much when I get there but more that I do. I'm sure there is a plethora of useful information here and I plan to absorb as much of it as possible.
