I've been reading the forums for awhile and thought I would finally join so I can hopefully contribute and have a bit of support from people going through the same thing as me!
I managed to lose weight last year before my wedding but have slowly seen the scales creep up again..... My goal is to get to 55kg and I currently weigh about 60.5 and those scales will not budge past this point no matter what I do! It doesn't help that I have a crazy sweet tooth and love to snack
So I guess I'll see everyone around the forums!
This week's goal... control portion sizes!
