hi there newbie here

hi my name is blayne
i am a 23 yr old mum of 1
i have pcos and i weigh 97kg im 5'6
i had a miscarriage in march and the docs told me it was because of my weight
know that my weight has cost my un born child its life has completely shattered me
i need help and support as i can not do this on my own and none of my friends are over weight so they dont understand what im going through, i was hoping some of u incredible amazing women and men could help me get on my way to weight loss and getting my confidence back

Oh my heart goes out to you, that is really awful & can only imagine how shattered you're feeling. I don't even know what to say to you....... :roll:
The reason I'm here is to loose weight so I can start TTC later this year so feel free to talk to me about anything (you can PM me if you don't want to broadcast over the forum).

Anyway welcome to the forum & hopefully with the support & encouragement from the people here on the forum you will reach your goals.

Welcome to the forum.
I can't begin to imagine what you are going through right now, but I do honestly wish you all the best. It's still very soon after, so please give yourself the time you need to grieve. Just start slowly, now is probably not a good time to push yourself too hard. We'll definitely support you. All the best wishes,
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
