Hi, not really sure what to write here apart from that im quite shy and im looking to lose a far bit of weight i have recently joined a gym(not sure if im allowed to name which one ) and go 5 days a week and have started to eat much better(trying my best anyway), im finding that i eat well through the day then after dinner when watching tv i start eating anything that i can find that is sweet, so need to work on that.

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
