G'day guys and gals,

How are we all?

Ok, so I am 23, female from Brisbane and need help losing 10kgs.

I have been married 2 years, and would love to have a family soon, but would like to be a healthy weight first.

At the moment I am on about 80kgs maybe a little bigger, I haven't weighed myself for a while, due to fear that I have gained weight. Oh and I am about 175cm tall.

I successfully lost about 9-10kgs, but have now gotten myself stuck in a rut, and have not been able to lose weight for the last 4-5mths. I am sick of seeing 8-0 on the scales.

Today I put back on, a pair of pants that had gotten too big for me, and that was when it all became clear, that I need to start getting healthy again.

I plan to workout 5 days a week doing cardio and calisthenics. I know this will work for me. I just struggle with taking the first step, actually starting the workout.

I have become a tad tired lately and have been using that as my excuse, and laziness has also been a contributing factor.

So once again, I am giving weightloss/exercise/healthy eating, a go.

I would love to be kept in check, cos I don't seem to be able to do that myself.

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Booties though that first step is hard and starting and getting through the time u set to exercise BUT that feeling afterwards is always amazing though sometimes ya just wanna fall on the ground as ya nearly dead but u always feel good first, take that step and say goodbye to those kgs and hello to a bub in ur belly.

Hey,

Firstly thanks for your reply to my introduction post!
Dont worry about being on 'round 2' - i think i am at about round 3003!
Losing that 10kgs already is fantastic - and once you get back into an exercise and eating routine for which you are accountable for on here im sure you'll get back to losing weight.
First thing is first - hop on those scales and see exactly what weight you are. Don't see it as 'you've gained weight' if you are a little over 80kgs but more of an exciting starting point. The important thing is those numbers are going down! so its a positive weigh in.

Wow 23 and married and looking to start a family! I am 22 still at uni (and will be till im 28), no savings and single! haha sounds like you have it all together and your weight is just the last thing to cross off on the list - you will get there!!
