How are we all?
Ok, so I am 23, female from Brisbane and need help losing 10kgs.
I have been married 2 years, and would love to have a family soon, but would like to be a healthy weight first.
At the moment I am on about 80kgs maybe a little bigger, I haven't weighed myself for a while, due to fear that I have gained weight. Oh and I am about 175cm tall.
I successfully lost about 9-10kgs, but have now gotten myself stuck in a rut, and have not been able to lose weight for the last 4-5mths. I am sick of seeing 8-0 on the scales.
Today I put back on, a pair of pants that had gotten too big for me, and that was when it all became clear, that I need to start getting healthy again.
I plan to workout 5 days a week doing cardio and calisthenics. I know this will work for me. I just struggle with taking the first step, actually starting the workout.
I have become a tad tired lately and have been using that as my excuse, and laziness has also been a contributing factor.
So once again, I am giving weightloss/exercise/healthy eating, a go.
I would love to be kept in check, cos I don't seem to be able to do that myself.
