My name is Emma. Have had alot of things to deal with the past few years but feel as though its now my time.
I currently weigh 92kgs. My biggest weight ever has been 97 kgs on three occasions, the most recent in beginning of Feb. So in almost 3 months I've lost 5kgs. Which is good, but not fast enough if I want to achieve my goals as soon as I am wanting to!
I need some extra support and something to keep me on track so thought I would join.
I am 22 and yet feeling fat and frumpy. I hate shopping because I am so big and rarely go out clubbing because I feel so self conscious and low.
I want to run. I want to enjoy the beach. I want self confidence. I want to love my body and enjoy shopping.
I want to achieve my goal weight in 8 months 4 weeks..... by Jan 20th 2009. I am going for a beach holiday and want all the above by then!
So I have 30kgs to lose in 40 weeks. Pretty hard at 0.75kgs per week but I figure if I aim for the moon I'll land amongst the stars (i.e. under 70kgs).
A few milestones:
Under 90kgs (last time was January 2006) : Achieve 5th May
Under 85kgs (Last time was November 2005) : Achieve 2nd June
Under 80kgs (Last time was end of 2004) : Achieve 7th July
Under 75kgs (Last time was beginning of Yr 12 2003) : Achieve 27th August
Under 70kgs (Last time was end of Yr 10 2001): Achieve 20th October
Under 65kgs (Last time was end of Yr 9 2000) : Achieve 24th December
62 kgs (Last time was beginning of Yr 8 1999) : Achieve 20th January
*Just a little note* - If i get to 65kgs and am happy at that weight I'll be estatic. I'm not so much looking for the exact numbers but looking for the 'feel' of that number. I want to be toned, fit and healthy so if my body at 70kgs (with lots of muscle) looks and feels good il be happy.
