I lost 9-10kgs and then plateaued. For like 4-5mths i have not lost or gained much at all. I am still at the same weight give or take a few hundred grams. But I had stopped working out, drinking water, and eating as good as i could have.
Now i have changed all that. I am working out again, drinking 1.5L water a day and eating better. I already feel great and look forward to losing the next 10kgs
