My Names Laura and i'm new to this forum.
After many failed diets in the past i am hoping this site can offer the support i need to keep on top of it all. I need to loose a lot of weight but if in the end its going to be better for me in the long run, then its worth it right?
I'm trying to stay off any faddie diets this time, i never seem to do any good with them, and as a confirmed chocoholic diets such at the weight watchers who have there own sweet chocolate substitues and biscuits are a very bad idea, i cant stop when i have 1!
As part of my new life style i have just taken up rent on my own allotment site. Great excersise maintaining it and fresh healthy food to boot! thought it would be a good start.
My new addiction at the moment is a good one for me! my OH brought me wii fit which is awsome, though i am aching at the moment from using it too much. However, i have managed to loose 2lb using it last night and by being good today! Its a start.
