Another day, another newcomer.
I am about to start my mission and I figured that i would join in with everyone else and share my experiences and hopefully gain some tips also.
I'm currenty 174cms tall and 97kgs and my aim is to get down to a range of around 75 - 79kgs. Ideally i would like to lower my waist size from a 38/40 to 34/36 and i would love to get rid of my enormous beer gut. Obviously with the start of my dieting and exercise i will be also cutting down on alcohol so i can try and get maximum results. Once i get down toward my target weight i would love to tone up and stay that way!
I havent really started to do much full on exercise as yet, i've done a couple of 20 - 25 min exercises on the treadmill and some sessions on the home gym but other than that nothing else. I regularly play sport on Monday nights and that really gets the heart pumping and the sweat pouring out of me so i'm going to try and incorporate this with my training. From this coming Monday i hope to do 30 - 45mins of cardio on the treadmill each day combined with 30 - 45 mins of weights on my home gym.
I hope I can do as well as alot of the people on this forum!
