I never have done something like this before but thinking with the journey ahead of me, its time to use any type of motivation I can to reach my goal!
After having my first baby I was amazed that I put on 35 kg and following my beautiful daughters arrival has left me with 20 kg to lose to be my pre baby weight and a further 5 to reach my dream figure! I have always been 5 kg overweight but my weight was always stable.
After working out like crazy ( 3 x PT's per week and 5 x 1hr walks) in six weeks has seen me only lose 1.5 kg which left me very disapointed. I even ate Jenny Craig thinking that would cause the weight to fall off- was I wrong! After $120-$150 in food per week (not including providing your own bread, milk and fruit and vegies and all the exerise I have decided to cheat- 15 mg per day of Reductil. I just started today so I will keep you all posted!
