Thankyou for the warm welcome!
I am here with my husband and we have started playing netball and volleyball, so we get out of the house a couple of nighs a week. I am getting heaps of exercise, I just think that I miss my family and friends and I am very stressed in my new work, and I am comfort eating.
Plus, I am such a sweet tooth. I try to stay away from it but I get to the point that I would eat jam just for the sweetness.
Its awful. And then once I get the taste for it I cant stop myself, I devour everything I can get my hands on. I still don't feel satisfied afterwards.
Oh well, I will keep working and try to eat less and more healthy.
