Hi, I'm new to this forum. I'm a 19-year-old girl, 166cm. Currently, I weighed 75kg (managed to lose 4kg last month). My target is 56kg... :) hope to achieve it within this year.

My daily routine :
Diet - Follow the free 7 days diet plan from the Calorie Shifting website (a very useful diet plan :) )
Exercise - Monday, Wednesday, Friday = swimming,
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday = jogging (around my house), Sunday = Yoga

you are off to a super start :) calorie king is great it helped me lose a fair bit when i started out too :) u will reach ur goal in no time

Welcome jessy! good luck on ur journey! if no one has responded about the progress bar (ticker) u can go to
http://www.tickerfactory.com and make one up for weightloss.....take the bb code and go to signature and paste it in and save.....include the "[url]" brackets.
