Hi Guys new here have decided to bite the bullet and 'cut the fat'!
I am a 27 year old female, not currently in a relationship, no kids and working a full time job that does require strength and fitness, which I am lacking at the moment. I weight 95kgs and am 5 feet 6 inches tall. So basically I need to lose approx 30 kilo's. But i would be happy with 20. Personally for me it really depends on how I look and feel not how much I weigh.
I am not happy being overweight, it affects nearly every aspect of my life and ultimately I am not living the life I want to because of it. Phew! Got it all out.
When you break it down it's all very simple isn't it? Lose weight and pursue your dreams. I find it incredible that having a FEW extra kg's on my 5'6 frame can make me so unhappy.
I'm just in the process of breaking down my long term goals and identifying all my short term goals into achievable, manageable steps. Any hints or tips from you guys will be appreciated.
Anyways hope to be in touch frequently and on the weight loss wagon for a while.
